After learning about Chris' passion for Executive Coaching and working with teams and people one on one, I invited Chris to lead our company in an Enneagram Team Building/Bonding activity for our small office of 13. He had us all read The 9 Types of Leadership by Dr. Beatrice Chestnut and had many on-site sessions with our top management and all to hone in on a focus and direction for us to take. At every turn, his insight and solid grasp of the Enneagram and all the different leadership styles was just incredibly eye-opening and insightful. His strong perspective lead our team to open up, accept, learn and become so much more understanding and effective at everything from communicating to problem solving and personality differences. He instilled in our team an appetite to learn and grow, and for that, we are very appreciative. Looking back, it's with ease that I can say that this was one of the best investments our company has ever made.
