Chris has coached our four member executive team for the last year with great success. We were a new team working together to strengthen an organization that had survived significant turnover and some financial challenges. We are a team of intelligent, passionate individuals who didn't always agree on the ways to lead our organization. Chris helped us to identify our individual strengths and how to best use the strengths in the team dynamic. He also challenged us to acknowledge, accept and work through our challenges individually and as a team.
