[I started working with] Chris Schoolcraft over 2 years ago. He has been an amazing help through a myriad of changes and challenges. Most notably, thanks to his coaching we found ourselves as an organization prepared and healthy to face this global pandemic. I find that I have been more healthy during this past season of my life than ever before. I attribute much of that to Chris holding me [accountable] to healthy boundaries. He was continuously working to prepare me and my team for the best possible outcome from each challenge faced. I will not be without coaching as I have learned the value of this tool in my life.
